Friday night, as I was leaving for the gig, I got a call from Rory Hoffman, who was heading for a job in Frankfort, the state capital, just 35 miles from here. His band was going on to play in Indianapolis on Saturday.

I tried to get time between the gig and a video edit session to visit, but it didn't work out.

He sounded GREAT and said that things were beginning to work for him.

No one deserves it more.

I'm glad he's a friend. Please check out his progress often.

We're going to hear lots more from him in the future.
